The episode unfolds with Jhanak telling everyone that she is married to someone but does not reveal who she is married to. Everyone gets shocked hearing this revelation. Everybody insists Jhanak on revealing her husband’s name, but Jhanak says no one knows her husband here. Jhanak reveals she got married on the night she ran away from Tejas clutches. Jhanak reveals that villagers forced them to get married so Tejas does not kill them. Jhanak tells Arshi that she does not need to know her husband’s name and will leave for Srinagar as soon as she recovers. Then, Jhanak loses consciousness and trips down the stairs.

Anirudh comes to her rescue, but Arshi accuses Anirudh that he is responsible for all of this. Anirudh tells Arshi he cannot reveal Jhanak’s personal information without her permission. Anirudh ignores Arshi and the rest of the family members and takes Jhanak to his room.

Anirudh’s father tells Arshi that it will be better for Arshi and Anirudh to get married ASAP. Anirudh comes down the stairs while talking to the doctor. His brother advises him to go to the office and drop Arshi at her home, but Anirudh refuses and tells them that he needs to stay beside Jhanak. The doctor comes and rushes to see Jhanak. The doctor examines Jhanak and reveals that Jhanak is in critical condition. Anirudh gets disturbed hearing that Jhanak's life is in danger.

On the other hand, Arshi reveals to her parents that Jhanak is already married, and Arshi's mother thinks that her husband may be Anirudh.
