Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod bid adieu Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai a few weeks ago and fans terribly miss seeing the actors together. Harshad Chopda was not even present in the farewell party of YRKKH cast which was held by Rajan Shahi few weeks back.

Our exclusive sources state that Harshad has been extremely upset with the makers as he was promised a role of substance which the makers could not deliver. Our sources state that this animosity between Harshad and Rajan Shahi has been going on since the time Jay Soni made his entry as Abhinav.

Jay Soni’s character Abhinav was introduced to revive the show ,however, it was originally supposed to be a 2 month cameo which went on for eight months. During those eighth months, Abhimanyu's role was decreased and Abhinav was shown as the main lead of the show. Harshad kept hanging on to the show as he had trust in Rajan Shahi’s vision but the situation went on to become worse with time

Harshad felt wronged by the makers which was a huge factor in him deciding to quit the show.
